DAWLANCE STORE

Copyright and Takedown Policy

How to report material that you believe infringes copyright or another media right.

Site material

Dawlance Store publishes original editorial text, code, calculations and commissioned or generated editorial illustrations, alongside legacy brand assets believed appropriate for the site identity. Third-party names and marks remain with their owners. Possession of a file is not treated as proof of a licence; provenance concerns are reviewed.

Permitted reference

You may link to public pages and quote a short passage with clear attribution where lawful. Republishing complete articles, systematic extraction, removing attribution or presenting our illustrations as your own requires permission unless an applicable legal exception applies.

Submit a notice

Email server@dawlancestore.com with the subject Copyright Notice. Identify the protected work, the exact URL and material at issue, your contact details, the basis of your authority and a statement explaining why the use is not authorized. Include only necessary personal data and do not send identity documents unless later required through an appropriate process.

Review process

We review sufficiently specific notices, preserve relevant records and may remove, restrict or replace material while assessing a claim. We may ask for clarification or evidence and may notify the content source where appropriate. This informal route does not promise a particular legal procedure or outcome.

Mistakes and counter-information

If you believe material was identified incorrectly, send the page URL, your relationship to the work and evidence supporting the use. We will consider restoration or correction. Formal statutory notices should be prepared with appropriate legal advice for the applicable jurisdiction; this page does not invent a DMCA agent or jurisdiction that has not been confirmed.

Other rights

For trademark, privacy, impersonation or image-right concerns, clearly identify the right, location and requested remedy. Last reviewed: 18 October 2026.
